Welcome to Oh My Glow. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Our goal is to provide safe, professional, and results-focused treatments while creating a positive experience for every client.
5. Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Oh My Glow, we value your time and ours. To ensure appointments run smoothly for all clients, we kindly ask that you review the following booking policy.
Booking Appointments
By booking an appointment, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Bookings can be made online via our website https://www.ohmyglow.au, email, through our phone line, or social media messaging. All appointment request times are pending unless confirmed via SMS, email, or a phone call.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your treatment total.
Confirmation Messages
Appointment reminders may be sent via SMS or email as a courtesy. However, it remains the client's responsibility to remember and attend scheduled appointments.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments changed or cancelled within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment value.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the appointment value.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.
7. Refunds & Consumer Rights
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Payments for completed services are non-refundable, however you may be entitled to remedies for services or products that fail to meet consumer guarantees under the law.
9. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers do not have an expiry date.
- Redeemable on treatments and products.
- Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Gift vouchers may be split should you have a remaining balance and are transferrable.
